I get sleep paralysis sometimes and once when I had just woken up I felt my cat jump up on my bed. I couldn't move to pet her but felt her move around my legs. Only, my door was locked and my cat wasn't even in my room. And I couldn't do anything but lie there wondering what was on my bed with me.
