My bass instructor has had a lot to say about paranormal experiences in his girlfriend's house. One story involves one of their upstairs neighbors coming home to inform him that he had seen him in the cellar the night before. However, my instructor reports he wasn't in the cellar then, and was instead upstairs sleeping. He claims that constantly in the apartment lights flicker and doors randomly open as well. I think that's pretty scary.
