In my dream, my father died. I lived what felt like an entire lifetime without him, haunted by ghosts that had his face, but were never really my father. Sometimes they tried to comfort me, sometimes they taunted me. I never knew dreams could feel like they lasted so long. It was at the end of my "life" that I woke up moments before I died, completely disoriented and feeling like I didn't know what was real and what was fake for the rest of the day.
